REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Jewel Corner’s top priority is to satisfy all its customers.

Exchange

Diamond Jewellery can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase at full invoice value except customized jewellery. A valid proof of purchase must be present within 14 days of purchase and the items must be unused for reasons of hygiene and safety. Diamond Jewellery can be exchanged only for diamond jewellery.

For Online Purchases exchange is easy! Simply follow these 5 steps

Just remember– Check your item(s) as soon as you receive it in order to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase(s) so that you could take advantage of our Simple, No-questions asked exchange policy within the conditional time-frames for exchanging an item.

Step 1: Send a mail to our customer care at customercare.jc@jewelcorner.com or make a call to our customer care helpline number while mentioning your Purchase reference number with the reason for exchange.

Step 2: Based on the Email request and other information, if your exchange is as per our exchange policy terms and conditions, we will fill the exchange request form on your behalf.

Step 3: After getting the necessary approval on the exchange request form, we will mail you the scan copy of approved exchange form. Along with that we will also send you the copy of Airway bill of return shipment.

Step 4: You shall pack all your items securely so it is one unified package ready for delivery. This will include the exchange form, airway bill, invoice copy and other materials sent to you by Jewel corner.

Please Note: You should NOT indicate on the package that it contains jewelry, diamonds or other luxury-related items, as this invites theft.

Step 5: You shall track your shipment unless it has been received and acknowledged by jewelcorner.com.

Refund

Refund will be issued on Diamond jewellery within 14days from the date of purchase only if a manufacturing defect is evident and can’t be repaired or replaced. Only the paid amount will be considered for refund .If a credit card is used for original purchase, refund amount will be credited to the same account within 14 working days.

Resize

We offer free resizing only for diamond finger rings at the time of purchase only upto increase in 1.5 units US size i.e. US 6.5 size can be done upto US 8 size. Any additional Gold used during the resizing process will be charged to the customer as per the prevailing gold rate. In case of any leftover gold during the resizing process, the same will be given back to customer.

Repair

Diamond Jewellery repairs (if any) will be done for free within 14 days from the date of purchase, after that a minimum of AED 30 will be charged. The repair charges are not final and subject to change. We do not accept any responsibility for any wear and tear or accidental damage and such repairs will be charged. If any diamond falls out of setting, then repair will happen after verification process.

 Other Terms & Conditions

  • Exchange / Refund of diamond jewellery will be done only for products purchased from Jewel Corner with original invoice.
  • Jewellery should be in good condition with original packing and should have no evidence of usage.
  • Certificate or free gifts (if any) or contents of the box given along with the purchase should be returned back at the time of exchange or refund.
  • The process of Exchange / Refund / Resize / Repair will happen after the verification process at head office which may take upto 14 working days.
  • Exchange / Refund of diamond jewellery can only happen within the same country of purchase.
  • Points once redeemed can be exchanged only within 14 days of purchase.
  • For Online purchase the date of delivery will be considered as the date purchase.

 Please read all conditions below for online purchases. If conditions are not met, Jewelcorner.com reserves the right to refuse the exchange:-

  • Actual shipping charges on return along with customs duty and clearing charges will be charged back to customer. The value of refund (net off shipping charges, customs duty and clearing charges) will be intimated to the customer by the way of SMS and E-mail.
  • No exchange shall be made without Authorization approval. (Details below)
  • The exchanged product should be sent to our Jewelcorner.com office only. (Address mentioned below)
  • These terms & conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
  • Items must be returned in the condition in which they were sent for an exchange.
  • Upon receipt of a product for exchange, our quality assurance department will review your exchanged item and make a DOA 'Declaration of Acceptance' or DONA 'Declaration of Non-Acceptance'.
  • Upon receipt of the return goods, we shall confirm to you within 14 days from the date of receipt, whether goods can be accepted or not accepted.
  • In case, if goods are not in acceptable condition, we will return back the article, within 3 days from the date of non-acceptance.
  • JewelCorner is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  • Custom orders such as orders with engraving and special ring sizes cannot be accepted back for an exchange.
  • JewelCorner is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

Our customer service team will then guide you through the process within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the email.
