Jewelcorner.com wants you to be satisfied with every purchase but we know that sometimes this is not the case. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return any order (except custom orders) for refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Just remember– Check your item(s) as soon as you receive in the order to ensure your full satisfaction with your purchase(s) and be able to take advantage of our Simple, No-questions-Asked Return policy within 7 days.
Returns are easy. Simply follow these 5 steps
Step 1: Send an email to our customer care at email@example.com or make a call to our customer care helpline number.W Be sure to mention your purchase reference number and reason for the return if you choose to email us.
Step 2: Based on the Email request and other information, if your return is as per our return policy terms and conditions, we will fill the return request form on your behalf.
Step 3: After getting the necessary approval on the return request form, we will mail you a copy of approved return form. Along with that we will also send you the copy of Airway bill of return shipment.
Step 4: Please pack all your items securely into one package ready for delivery. Include the return form, airway bill, and any other materials sent to you by Jewelcorner.com.
Please Note: You should NOT indicate on the package that it contains jewelry, diamonds or other luxury-related items, as this invites theft.
Step 5: Track your shipment unless it has been received and acknowledged by jewelcorner.com.
Other terms and conditions
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Jewelcorner.com reserves the right to refuse the return:
- If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to jewelcorner.com within 7 days of purchase date subject to other conditions below.
- Actual shipping charges on return, along with customs duty and clearing charges will be charged back to customers. The customer will be advised of the value of refund (less shipping charges, customs duty, and clearing charges) by way of SMS and E-mail.
- No exchange shall be made without Return Authorization approval. (Details below)
- The return product should be send to our Jewelcorner.com office only. (Address mentioned below)
- These terms & conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
- Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received for a full refund.
- Upon receipt of a product for return, our quality assurance department will review your returned item and make a DOA 'Declaration of Acceptance' or DONA 'Declaration of Non-Acceptance'.
- Within 7 days of receiving the goods, we shall confirm back to you whether the return has been accepted or not.
- If the goods are not in acceptable condition, we will return the item back to you within 3 days from the date of non-acceptance.
- Jewelcorner.com is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
- Custom orders such as orders with engraving and special ring sizes cannot be accepted back for a refund.
- Jewelcorner.com is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

After the return process is completed, you will be advised of the actual refund amount along with the probable credit date to your account by way of SMS and E-mail.
If you have received an email from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request. Please allow 10-15 days from the date of intimation for a credit to appear on your account.
Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.
How do I upgrade/exchange a product?
A: For any exchange/upgrade to your online purchase made at www.jewelcorner.com, you will need to contact our customer service at +971 56 6 92 93 94 From Sat to Wednesday 9.30am to 7.30 pm, Thursday 9.30 am to 2.30 pm or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our Customer Service Team will then guide you through the process within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the email.
